• Once the parcel to be sent, you will receive an email that shows “delivered”. Please check the tracking number or delivery period from “My Account>Order History”.
• If choose the self-pick up from our Pick-up Centre, please go to Pickup Centre to do the pick up upon receipt the email that notifies “can pick up”.
• Any damages upon receipt the merchandise, please contact CIAOGOGO Customer Service within 7 days. No refundable if the packing to be damaged or the merchandise to be used.
• This product is non-returnable.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of CIAOGOGO should be final and conclusive.
