How to Use:

HOLD THE WAND HORIZONTALLY AND APPLY THE FORMULA TO YOUR LASHES WITH AN UPWARD STROKING MOTION.

FOR ADDITIONAL VOLUME AND LENGTH, WIGGLE THE WAND SIDE-TO-SIDE AND BASE TO TIP.

LAYER AS DESIRED TO ACHIEVE YOUR IDEAL LOOK.
