C: You can change your password from “change my password” in “my account”. Typing new password and repeat it, then press “continue”. You can also edit shipping details in “my account” under “my address”.

2.How can I unsubscribe from newsletter?
C: You can choose subscribe/unsubscribe in “my account” under “newsletter”.

C: Credit is an alternative payment gateway that can be used to purchase at ciaogogo.com. You can use credit when making a payment to save more to buy products you love.

2.Can I exchange credit to cash?
C: No, Ciaogogo Credit is not cashable. But, on Ciaogogo, credit can be used like cash with 1:1 value (1 credit = $1). You can enjoy using the credits to save more when you purchase on ciaogogo.com! all points can be exchanged to credit, the amount of Point will be credited to “My Credit” at “My Account”.

3. How can I know how much credits can be used during payment?
C: You will see the credit balance during check out. Or, you can go to My Account > My Orders > My Credits to check your credit balance as well as history of credit usage and accumulation.

4. Does Credit have validity period?
C: No validity period for Ciaogogo Credits.

5. What is Point?
C: Ciaogogo Point is a loyalty program that could be exchanged to credit. You can collect points after shopping, or, redeemed the downloaded coupon.

6.How can I know how many points I got?
C: You can go to My Account > My Orders > My Points to check your point balance as well as history of accumulation.
